Online payments are processed through Razorpay and Cashfree. Information entered in their payment interfaces is handled according to the relevant provider's privacy and security terms. We receive payment status and transaction information needed to manage your order.

Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders. Delivery partners may use order and contact information to collect payment. If a COD order qualifies for a refund, we may request verified bank account or UPI details to send the refund.

Do not send card PINs, passwords, CVVs or OTPs to our support team. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

6. When We Share Information

We share information relevant to the service with payment processors, courier and logistics partners, personalisation/production partners, website hosting and technical support providers, and communication providers used for order notifications or permitted marketing.
